Refund Policy

At AdvanceMyProfile.com, powered by Immignis LLC, we are committed to transparency in our Profile-Building Program. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and issued.
1. Program Fees
The Profile-Building Program fee is USD $2,450 (or as otherwise stated at time of enrollment), payable in full or through approved installment plans. This fee covers profile development, strategy, and program services provided directly by AdvanceMyProfile.com.
2. Third-Party Fees
Third-party fees, including but not limited to journal publication fees, media features, awards, professional memberships, and other external publication or verification costs are not included in the Profile-Building Program fee and are non-refundable, as these are payments made to independent third-party organizations outside our control.
3. Installment Payments
Clients who opt for installment payments may view their profile progress and pay subsequent installments as milestones are completed. Refund eligibility for installment plans is assessed based on the stage of service completed at the time of the refund request (see Section 4).
4. Refund Eligibility
- Before work begins:
If a refund is requested before any profile-building work has commenced, normally within 7 days of the first payment,clients are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid to AdvanceMyProfile.com, minus any non-refundable third-party fees already incurred.
Refund requests made after this period, or after work has commenced, will be considered at the sole discretion of Immignis.
- After work has begun: Once profile development work has started, refunds are prorated based on the stage of completion and services already rendered.
- After profile completion/delivery: Once the profile-building deliverables have been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued, as services have been fully rendered.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Third-party rejection, denial, or delay of any immigration petition, visa application, journal submission, award, or membership — as outcomes of these processes are determined by the respective third-party organizations and are outside our control.
- Client-provided information found to be false, misleading, or withheld.
- Change of mind after services have been substantially delivered.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at immignis@advancemyprofile.com with your name, order/enrollment details, and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically processed within 15 business days of approval.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
